Yes, there is a legal fee of N1,200,000 on every purchase.
We are providing tarred roads, drainage, street light, Estate club house and recreational Centre.
Sales invoice, receipt and Contract of Sales.
Yes, there will be deposit of ₦450,000 for Service charge.
Yes, there is an installment plan of 12 to 18 months.
Yes, you can get a refund, however there is a waiting period of 3 months and a 30% administrative fees deduction.
A customer can sell unit(s), however a letter of transfer of ownership should be written to Terra Developers informing us of the transfer. (T&C Applies)
Yes, there will be a deposit of N250,000 for electricity Charge.
Yes, corner piece unit attract an additional 5% surcharge.
Payment can be made alongside unit or immediately after completion of payment fees for unit.
Payment plans are stated in the offer letter which can be either monthly or quarterly.
Delivery period is 18-24months from commencement of construction.
A deed of Assignment is received after payment of all fees.

OTHER QUESTIONS
All our properties have root title of Governor’s consent and a C of O.
i. Upon payment of initial deposit, you’re issued a payment invoice.
ii. Upon 30% deposit, you’re issued a contract of sales and a payment invoice.
iii. Upon full and final payment of the purchase price and all ancillary fees, you’re issued a payment invoice, Deed of sublease along with a survey.

We run a 0% interest rate on all payment plans across all properties for the comfort of customers.
We have available flexible payment plan for ease of payment. You can either make an outright payment or spread your payment for 6 months, 12 months or 18 months.
